Pokémon GO PvP Assistant

Choose an opponent, compare your three Pokémon, and find the charge move with the best type matchup.

Matchup scores are quick type-based guidance from the original desktop app, not battle simulations. Shields, energy, IVs, and timing are not included.

01 Set your team

Scroll to Your three Pokémon. Pick your Pokémon and moves. Your team is saved in this browser.

Type a name in Find an opponent. The first match and its matchup appear right away. Use ↑ ↓ to preview other matches, then press Enter to choose one.

02 Mirror your phone (optional)

For live name scanning, open AirDroid Cast Web ↗ on your computer. There is no computer app to install.

  1. Install AirDroid Cast on your iPhone ↗ or Android phone ↗.
  2. Keep your phone and computer on the same Wi-Fi for local casting. Scan the QR code on AirDroid Cast Web with the phone app, or enter its cast code.
  3. Allow the request on your computer. On iPhone, tap Start Broadcast; on Android, tap Start now.

03 Scan and compare

  1. On this page, click Choose screen or window. Select the AirDroid Cast Web tab or your mirroring app's window, then share it.
  2. Drag a box around only the opponent's name in the preview. Leave out the Poké Ball icons.
  3. Click Start automatic scan before the next Pokémon appears. The name and matchup update when it is recognized.

If a name is missed, adjust the box and check What the scanner sees. Click Stop sharing when finished.
